Goldman Sachs has launched a national campaign that will continue into next year in hopes of reaching a broader audience (AKA ME AND YOU) and tell them what they actually do.
The campaign will consist of print ads in a bunch of national, regional and local newspapers and ads will run online.
A spokesman for Goldman, said that Goldman “need[s] to provide a broader audience a better understanding of who we are and what we need to do. This is meant to help do that.”
An ad that ran Wednesday included a picture of wind turbines next to a good-ole average worker with the line “Progress is Everyone’s Business.” But doesn’t this seem more like a cop out?
Yeah, we’re making $2938472398473928 billion for our salary but it’s because of YOU guys. Thanks!!
Plus, they’re not answering the question.
