How to keep hating your body
- Weigh yourself every day.
- Read lots of fashion magazines.
- Focus on the past and future.
- Teach others to treat you poorly.
- Eat in front of the television.
- Support companies that support supermodels.
- Avoid any activity that might show your body in a “bad” light.
- Make other people feel as low as you do.
- Wear clothes that other people like.
- Spend lots of time comparing yourself to others.
If we all stay committed and band together, I’m positive we can create a body-hating movement here to rival all the body image warriors of the world.
